Canaries Promoted!!

I was overjoyed when Norwich City FC gained promotion to the Barclays Premier League (BPL) with one game left in the 2010/2011 season. The Canaries achieved this feat by virtue of a slim hard-fought 1-0 victory away to Portsmouth City and when Cardiff City lost 0-3 at home to Middlesborough City. The Canaries goal was scored by Player of The Month, Simeon Jackson. This rendered the last match against Coventry City as of no consequence. Manager Paul Lambert must be congratulated for guiding the Canaries to back-to-back promotions. Queen's Park Rangers are champions of the English Championship division. Together with the Canaries another team will join them from the likes of Swansea City, Cardiff City, Reading and Nottingham Forest. The play-offs have started today and it will be interesting to see which team out of the four will be victorious and successful in returning to the top flight. As a loyal Canaries fan, all I want from them next season is to remain in the BPL and not get relegated. I think this is easier said than done. Anyway, do perform your best, Norwich City!!
