Canaries Thrash Seagulls

3.5 million pounds signing from West Bromwich Albion, Robert Earnshaw, made many Canaries' faithfuls happy as he scored a late brace to steer Norwich City FC to a 3-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion at Carrow Road. However, it was Darren Huckerby who opened scoring in the first half. It was the Canaries first win in six matches in the English Championship. Elsewhere, in the EPL, a Luis Garcia late strike saw Liverpool overcome Arsenal at Anfield, thus closing the Reds' gap with second-placed Manchester United to three points.
