Norwich City FC started their first four matches of the 2006/2007 English Championship season with two wins, a draw and a defeat. The Canaries started the season with a 0-1 away defeat to Leeds United on August 5th. Three days later, the Canaries delighted their fans with a 2-0 home win over Preston North End. On August 12th, the Canaries displayed superb fighting spirit by overcoming a two goal deficit to triumph 3-2 over Luton Town at Carrow Road. They were held to a 0-0 draw away to Derby County a week later. At the moment, the Canaries lie on sixth spot in the Championship.

Hang On, Mum...!

It is with grave concern and worry that I inform all of you about my mother's health. Her cancer has already spread to her liver, lungs and stomach. This is a relapse of her previous ovarian cancer. Mum will be undergoing chemotherapy and I pray to God that her cancer can be contained. In a few hours' time, she will be undergoing a laser eye surgery at Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya (PPUM), better known as University Hospital (UH). After visiting her two days back, I hope to see her either today or tomorrow. Hang on, mum...!
